TMG Homes is led by Torrey Marks and Chadd Martin. Torrey and Chadd grew up together in southeastern Pennsylvania and worked in and around the construction trade for several years. So, in 2003, when Chadd found a house he wanted to buy, renovate and sell, he immediately thought of Torrey. The two successfully completed the renovation and were encouraged to look for more.
By 2005, when they officially founded TMG Homes, Chadd and Torrey had either built or renovated several homes in Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Their reputation as master craftsmen who built high-quality homes grew along with the business. So did their interest in, and commitment to, green home building. They fulfilled requirements to make their company an ENERGY STAR partner and began voluntarily following the Green Home Building Guidelines established by the National Association of Home Builders.
Today, Chadd and Torrey lead one of the premier green construction companies in the greater Philadelphia area. Every home they build adheres to a higher standard of quality, with the ultimate goal of improving the health of their customers, the community and the environment.
