At TMG Homes, our mission is to build homes to a higher standard using green building methods and materials that encourage healthier living, are energy efficient and minimize the impact on the environment. To that end, we belong to the United States Green Building Council, a nonprofit organization working to advance structures that are healthy, profitable and environmentally responsible places to live and work. We also participate in the ENERGY STAR program to build ENERGY STAR-qualified homes that save homeowners 30 percent on their energy bills every year and offer better comfort and health, increased quality and a return on investment.
TMG Homes was founded in 2005 and builds homes throughout Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. The company is one of the top 20 home builders in this region, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
