Below is an interesting press release I saw today about the energy efficiency,rental rates and resale value of commercial green buildings. It doesn't directly address residential building but I think you can draw some of the same conclusions about the homes we are building.

You can hardly open the newspaper today or listen to a report on the television without hearing about a new "green" product or idea. From biofuel to reusable grocery bags, and now biodegradeable trash bags, every day new options for chosing environmentally friendly products becomes more the norm. Finally, in Chester County we have options for buying Green Homes.
