You can hardly open the newspaper today or listen to a report on the television without hearing about a new "green" product or idea. From biofuel to reusable grocery bags, and now biodegradeable trash bags, every day new options for chosing environmentally friendly products becomes more the norm. Finally, in Chester County we have options for buying Green Homes.

We are putting the final touches on the markeitng information for our latest Green Community. We are building 5 Energy Star and NAHB Gold Standard homes in Longwood Pennsylvania. The homesites are approximately 1/4 acre with homes from about 2,500 sq ft to 2,800 sq ft.
